It depends on the class. I will be having various sessions and other types of classes and group videos, so please sign up for emails to keep up with the updates!

Some will be about the energetic services I offer, while some will be about culture and historical context. I believe that most who want to be in this line of work should be educated (even if only briefly) on the basic history of this knowledge so we can move forward as a community with proper knowledge and respect of the practices we aim to learn.
